Taking the blow on her back
yet somehow surviving, the Gem crumpled to the ground and as pain, anguish, fear coursed like a rapid river through
her body, she waited for her assailant to finish her off. They never did.
Not caring to look behind her to see why, Lapis quickly crawled away, too weak to get back up, escaping
the chaos, escaping the madness. It
wasn’t until the cacophony of cries and explosions faded that she finally
stopped, fingers gripping towards her gem. Shaking and sobbing, a sickening
feeling jabbed her gut as her fingers felt along the crack across the smooth surface.
Her initial panic was
short-lived, only to intensify as she faced to her side to see a Quartz
approach her. She was immediately recognizable. Rose Quartz, leader of the Crystal Gems.
❝I—I…!!❞ The
words caught in her throat, mirror eyes staring fearfully at the pink Gem. The
soothing words had soared way over Lapis’ head as she remained on the ground,
limbs shaking. I just want to go home…!!
Ah,yes, home is where the heart is;however, there is no way to even go home right now. A light sigh escaped from those plump, pink lips at the other’s gem statement. Alas, she can’t make everybody see the earth’s worth, but that will not stop her from what she does best.
Healing.
“Dear, please let me help you!” It was like she was almost pleading to the gem. Rose couldn’t just let an innocent by-stander walk away with injuries–Heavens no,she made sure that all the gems, people, and creatures, who meant no harm to the earth, were not going to be harm. Nothing was going to change that now!
Her gaze stayed fixed upon the blue gem;the giant leader got down on her knees.
Titan was walking through the human town known as Beach city. She had taken a stop at this small human town because the earthing vehicle she took was out of power. She was on earth undercover as a human going by the name of Titan. She walks down the street looking for some kind of mechanic or human of intelligence about vehicles.
Though wondering the town was something she really wasn’t suppose to do,Rose couldn’t help herself. She wanted to interact with the humans within this small town. That couldn’t be bad right?
Making little to no sound as she walked across the streets of Beach city, the pink quartz spotted a figure wondering about.
There was something off about this one.
Needless to say,Rose was keeping a close eye on her now.
