Enchanted by the lad’s beauty before her,the pink haired quartz couldn’t help but to become curious about him. Examining him from head to toe,making a mental note of every detail he possessed,a jolly smile soon curved on her lips.
“Pardon me,dear!
Please forgive my rudeness. I was just fascinated by you.”
With a mind full of questions and a smile that soon turned into a silly,cute grin,the quartz placed both hands upon her hips.
Stepping off the warp pad,the quartz’s face was soon filled with curiosity of the unfamiliar area.
“I’m not suppose to be here.”
Dusky hues scanned the area before her,making a mental note of everything. Where ever she was didn’t phase her one bit. This was just a new place to explore for her. Perhaps she should find someone to inquire where she is.
Within the slight distance she saw a figure. Curiosity took over her mind as she walked across the land,making little to no sound as possible.
“Dear,what exactly are you?”Perplexed by the creature’s appearance,Rose just had to inquire and learn more about the figure standing before her. “I’ve seen many creatures in my lifetime,but none of them look as amazing as you!”
There she stood along the shoreline,staring towards the afternoon skies. Her mind seeming to be lost in deep thought as the cold,sea wind blows through her gigantic,pink hair. Rose-hued lips twisted in a small,but visible,smile. The quartz had seem to separated herself from the other gems for awhile to collect her thoughts. Many things have happen to her and her friend within these past few days.
It was nice to get away from everything once in awhile and take in
the earth’s beauty.
As the water brushed against her bare toes,Rose redirected her sight towards the water itself,admiring the shine brought by the sun’s afternoon rays.
“This planet holds so many surprises.”
Earth was… Strange.
It definitely wasn’t home, but somehow Lapis just felt like she couldn’t go anywhere else. For one thing, she wasn’t sure of where she belonged. It was better to stay on a planet that kind of had tied her down than to wander about the cosmos with no real direction in her life. Lapis hadn’t even intended on wandering to the shore Rose found herself on. Her feet had just carried her in that direction, and she only caught sight of the pink Gem moments later.
…Another Gem? Lapis hadn’t thought there were any other Gems there to begin with. Showed what she knew, apparently. So, Lapis considered what to do. She could have approached, sure, but that seemed wrong somehow. But at the same time, she had heard what Rose had said. The planet did hold a lot of surprises. Commenting on that much felt okay enough.
“…It really does.”
Lapis took a slow step forward, and she held herself from getting too close. What if Rose saw reason to attack her? After all, Lapis was a stranger. Suppose that the other thought that she was an enemy in that case. It was better to play it cautious for the time being and see what happened from there.
Upon hearing the voice,Rose pivoted around to meet the source. Smoky-colored hues locked onto the other’s gem visage;rose-hued lips curved into a small,but merry,smile. A delighted expression soon rose to her features as well. The pink quartz was happy to hear the blue gem’s response to her statement.
“Tell me,dear. Do you enjoy this planet?”
Inquired the taller gem. She was interested on what the blue gem thought about this planet some would call home. As she awaited for her answer,Rose neatly laid both her hands on top of her abdomen,diverting her gaze back towards the sea. She would watch as the waves rolled in,brushes against both of their toes.
This planet had became something Rose cherish. Every man,woman,and creature are now under her protection. Nothing will ever change her view about this place
